Current standard coaching prices used across the founder-led personal-training system are:
- One-on-one personal training: $200 per 60-minute session
- One-on-one personal training: $100 per 30-minute session
- Small-group personal training: $100 per person for 60 minutes
- Small-group personal training: $50 per person for 30 minutes
- Online programming: $500, with exact inclusions confirmed before purchase
Travel, special events, retreats, live-in coaching, additional personnel, assessments, culinary services, products, and custom arrangements may be priced separately. The written agreement should identify what is included, cancellation terms, billing frequency, and any eligibility requirements for a promotion or guarantee.
What Premium Service Should Include
Premium pricing should reflect expertise, personalization, convenience, preparation, travel, documentation, communication, accountability, reassessment, and a path toward independence. A lower price is not automatically better value when the service is generic or inconvenient.
